21-09-2006 streetlife 5324 the district opening oudewatering174.beverwaard

Op donderdag 21 september aanstaande is het eindelijk zover. Dan vindt de opening plaats van het jongeren project Streetlife aan de Oudewatering 174. Streetlife is een pilot project voor ontmoeting en uitwisseling tussen jongeren. Jongeren kunnen bij Streetlife cursorische activiteiten volgen op het gebied van sociale vaardigheden en kader trainingen. Daarnaast is er voldoende ruimte voor ontspanning, en is er een studio waar jongeren hun eigen beats en demo’s kunnen maken of opnemen. Verder zijn er rap workshops waar jongeren aan mee kunnen doen.

De officiële opening van Streetlife vindplaats donderdag 21 september om 16. 00 uur en duurt tot 18.00 uur. De opening wordt verricht door onze portefeuillehouder Jeugd en Jongeren Nurten Karisli. Portefeuillehouder Kunst en Cultuur Elbert Kelholt zal daarna een pool wedstrijd met een van de jongeren spelen. Dit alles onder het genot van een hapje en een drankje, en niet te vergeten een kleine muzikale omlijsting. Wij hopen u graag van harte welkom te mogen heten tijdens onze feestelijke opening.

OPENING STREETLIFE IN BEVERWAARD

Een potje pool, tafelvoetbal of een cursus;

vanaf morgen hebben jongeren weer een

plek bij Streetlife aan de Oude Watering 174

in Beverwaard. Er wordt nog gebouwd aan

een muziekstudio waar liefhebbers terecht
